Can I send you a picture of my card instead of the real thing?
While we do accept JPEG photo's sent through email, we suggest that you send your real cards to us by mail. We use a professional scanner to ensure the highest quality photo that then goes into the ornament. We do not accept images of cards that have been taken with a cellphone. The quality is not up to standard, and can result in a blurry final product. 



Will I get my cards back if I send them to you? How do you use my card in the ornament process?
We take a high quality scan of your cards for our use. We don't use your card to make our actual mini ornaments. Your card will be safely returned to you once your order is completed. Ornaments are not limited to Christmas cards. Any picture that is able to fit inside of a 8.5" by 11.5" scanner is eligible to be made into an ornament! 



What if I want multiple copies of the same ornament?

If you would like more than one ornament of the same card please make a note of it when sending in your cards. We ask that you attach a sticky note to the ornament that you would like multiple copies of, and include how many copies you would like for us to make! Any other special instructions that you might have must be included on the back of cards with a sticky note. 



Can Ornaments only be made from Christmas cards? 

Ornaments are not limited to Christmas cards. Any picture that is able to fit inside of a 8.5" by 11.5" scanner is eligible to be made into an ornament! We love making ornaments from vintage family pictures



When will my credit card be charged?

We will charge your credit card prior to shipment. If you have problems/concerns with including your credit card information when submitting your order form we are happy to talk with you over the phone to discuss payment.



When will I receive my ornaments?

Our typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks, however we always strive to accommodate specific requests. 



How do I clean my ornaments?
Glass is fragile, please handle with care. For cleaning, use a glass cleaning solution, and a soft cloth on the entire ornament.
